Tech Support During COVID-19 Closure

Getting Support for Technology:

While staff and students are working at home, we recognize they will have issues and needs related to their technologies.

For Tech help with class expectations and content:

  1. Your FIRST action should be to contact the classroom teacher from whom the assignment came. In most instances, they will be able to direct and assist you.
  2. If the matter is beyond the teacher’s ability to help, you should contact IT Support.

If your device is damaged and you are not able to access email, you can call via phone for support. The support line is 610-415-4279. You will not get a live voice. Please leave a detailed description of your problem and a means to contact you. An IT Team Member will submit a ticket on your behalf.

With either method of contact, an IT Team Member will contact you within 24 Business Hours of receiving your request
