Franklin Commons Summer 2017 Projects Renaissance Academy – Site Upgrades
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Renaissance Academy, of Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, is soliciting sealed bids for the following project to be completed during the summer of 2017:
- Franklin Commons – Renaissance Academy Site Upgrades
Sealed bids for the project, addressed to Bill Stubanas, must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with the bidder’s name and the name of the project.
Bids are due at Renaissance Academy, 413 Fairview St, Phoenixville, PA 19460 by 3 pm on Thursday, June 29, 2017, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.
Faxed bids will not be accepted.
PDF bid documents for the project are available via Dropbox. All requests should be directed to Frank Gallagher at [email protected] and/or 610-331-6354. All substitution requests must be submitted to Frank Gallagher at least five (5) days prior to receipt of bids.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting and walk-through will be held at Renaissance Academy, 413 Fairview St, Phoenixville, PA 19460 on Friday, June 23, 2017 at 10:00 am. Meet at the main building lobby for a brief meeting followed by a walk-through of the site.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the base bid. Performance Bond and a Labor Material and Payment Bond will be required from the lowest responsible bidder.
This project is subject to the provisions of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.
