District Busing Forms for the 2023-2024 School Year

Year End Transportation Forms (Act 372) - Some of our busing districts require their families to submit a busing form at the end of each school year. Please contact the district's Transportation Departments (see contact list below) directly to obtain the corresponding forms and return the to your sending district by their deadline.*

*These forms must be returned directly to the busing district. Please be sure to pay particular attention to the listed deadline to ensure your student has appropriate transportation when we return to school in August.

• From Phoenixville Area School District Transportation
• Per Norristown Area School District, Norristown resident RA student families will not be required to fill out the Act 372 Forms.

Bus transportation is provided for Renaissance Academy students by the individual student’s home school district. Students are only permitted to ride buses from the school district in which they reside (primary residence).  Below is the contact information for both the school district transportation departments and bus depots.
