The RA varsity Knights took on and defeated the Phoenixville Freshman team 10-3. Shay Gustafson was dominant on the mound, striking out 9, while yielding only 1 hit to earn the victory.
The Knights broke open a tight game in the 6th and 7th innings scoring 9 runs in their final two at bats. Mason Marinello, Evan Newmiller, Sam Dooling, and Tyler Magyar each had 2 hits. Marinello and Magyar also knocked in 2 runs. Gustafson, who scored 3 times, and Thomas Mostowski, also added singles. The Knights will return to action on Tuesday at Collegium in a huge league matchup. Go Knights!

In Varsity Baseball action today, your RA Knights defeated Barrack Academy 14-4. The win improved the Knights record to 2-1 in league and 3-3 overall. Evan Newmiller pounded the strike zone in going the full 7 innings to earn the mound victory.
Offensively, the Knights pounded out 17 hits. Tyler Magyar led the offensive barrage going 5 for 5 with a double, triple and 6 rbis. Kaleb Hull had 3 knocks, including 2 doubles, and scored 3 times. Sam Dooling added 3 hits, including a double, and scored 3 times. Evan Newmiller had 2 base hits, while Shay Gustafson, Trevor Schmidt, Jacob Magyar, and Alex Waskiewicz also singled in the victory. The Knights will be back in action this Monday at Phoenixville.

Congratulations to the varsity softball team on their 20 to 2 victory over Academy of the New Church yesterday. On offense, there were singles from Liz Kerper and Olivia Trexler, doubles from Arianna Prince, Keara Dougherty, Olivia Andreoni, and Bailey McGuigan, triples from Chloe Janis and Keara Dougherty, and a homerun from Chloe Janis.
On defense, Olivia Andreoni pitched a solid game with Olivia Ferst catching. Olivia Ferst through down to Arianna at 2nd to get a runner out early in the game, Olivia Trexler made a great fly ball catch, and Bailey McGuigan made several great catches at first to get the outs. Way to go Lady Knights!

On their home field, the varsity softball Lady Knights took on the Perkiomen School Panthers, crushing them, 21 to 6. Our offense came alive and brought in 21 runs. Liz Kerper, Arianna Prince, and Keara Dougherty all had singles, and Olivia Trexler had a triple. Dylan McAleer had a double and a homerun, Chloe Janis had a double, triple, and homerun on a bunt, and Olivia Ferst had the game winning double in the bottom of the 4th.

Congratulations to the varsity golf team on their 7 stroke victory over Delaware Valley Friends School Dragons. The knights continued their winning streak to 3 games and are currently 4-3 in league play and in 3rd place

The golf team defeated both the Woodlynde School and Barrack Academy in tri-match at Kimberton Golf Club. The Knights made every shot count with a 1 stroke win over the Woodlynde School and an 8 stroke win over Barrack Academy. Both wins puts the golf team into 3rd place in the Tri-County Independent School League.
